The monthly cost includes every part of the MSCAP Programme listed below:
- A 4-hour in-person or on-line team workshop (aligning your sales and marketing teams on how the buyer is changing in Medical device)
- Mapping of your full buyer's journey for each stakeholder, identifying the blockages at each stage.
- Creation of sales tools for every stage of your sales process to shorten your sales cycle by up to 50% (or we can work on one stage at a time).

To account for this, additional monthly team sessions will be included, so your full team can benefit from the programme.
