Timelines for creating your video will depend on the type of video you’re looking for. On average, video production can take anywhere from 2 weeks, up to 24 weeks for complex interactive videos.
The cost of your video will depend on factors such as its length and the complexity of editing required. On average, videos cost £10,500 to £31,000, but bigger video projects can cost upwards of £100,000+.
The process depends on the type of video you’re creating, but it generally involves between four to six steps. Firstly, we’ll hold a briefing call to discuss your video and what success will look like. For product demonstrations or educational content, we’ll create the scripts and storyboards for your video, so everyone knows what’s going to be included.
Once this is approved by your team, we’ll provide a filming guide for the day or days, so everyone knows what they’re doing and nothing is missed. This includes capturing the shots, the order to shoot, and the b-roll needed on the day.
Next, the filming will take place, and then we’ll move on to post-production, including all graphics and voiceovers as required, to deliver your perfectly branded video. Finally, if you’ve opted for interactivity, this is when it’ll be programmed.
The time it takes to create your animation will depend on many factors, including its length, the level of detail required, the output quality (HD or 4K) and whether a voiceover artist and/or subtitles are needed. The average length of an animation project is 5-12 weeks.
It’s hard to provide an accurate answer for how much your animation will cost as there are many styles of medical device animation with differing complexity, so it really depends on what you want. Costs can range from £12, 950 - £41,000 for a 2.5-minute animation, depending on the animation style and other factors such as scene complexity and number of outputs.
We’ll begin with a briefing call to discuss the objective of your animation and the messages you want to convey. Next, we’ll write the script, so we’ll know exactly how long your animation will be, and your team can sign off for regulatory compliance and clinical accuracy.
Once approved, we’ll start to bring your animation to life with a rough storyboard that’ll show each scene as well as the transitions from one scene to another. Once approved, we’ll move on to the full design of the storyboard, in which the final images will look exactly as they’ll appear in your completed animation.
Your animation will then be programmed in a 3D or 2D environment in which each character or feature of your device will come to life. Finally, your animation will be rendered (taking 2 or more weeks) before it goes to post-production, where video effects, voiceovers, subtitles, and any other brand assets are added.

Imagery is relatively quick to create, taking anywhere from half a day to a week depending on the type of imagery and number of images you need.
On average, each of your images will cost between £450 for simpler line drawings, to £1,500 for a bespoke CGI.
Firstly, we’ll meet for a briefing call to understand how you want your final images to look and what you want them to show. For line and anatomical drawings, CADs, and motion graphics, we’ll go straight to drafting. You’ll have 2 review periods to share your thoughts and feedback.
For photography, we’ll create a list of everything you need, organise a date, run the day, and then perform post-editing to ensure all your images are beautifully corrected. We can also do cut-outs at this point to provide transparent backgrounds.
Depending on the size of your booth, this could take from a day to 2 weeks.
Booth costs on average range from £1,250 to £2,500, although larger booths can be more.
We’ll begin with a brief call to understand what you're looking for in your booth design. We’ll then use your brand guidelines and examples of previous booths to create the design for which you will have two rounds of revisions to provide your thoughts and feedback.
There are many factors that’ll impact the time needed to create your medical brochure or interactive sales aids, including the type of sales aid, its complexity and length, and whether or not we’re already familiar with your brand.
Timelines can range from a few days for flyers, to 3-4 months for bigger projects like interactive presentations.
The cost of your sales aid is influenced by a few variables such as its complexity and size. On average, projects start from as little as £650 for a one-page flyer but can cost up to £45,000 for mobile apps and fully interactive, value-based interactive presentations.
Firstly, we’ll meet to discuss what you want to achieve from your sales materials. They always start as content blocks mapping out the flow.
Once you’re happy, we’ll write the copy for smaller sales aids such as flyers or brochures, or we’ll write the talk track for more complex sales aids such as interactive presentations, so each part of your story is mapped out before going to design.
Once your copy or talk track is approved, we’ll design your sales aid so it’s fully branded and engaging for your audience. After this, PowerPoints can be programmed and made interactive.
