SSG is a leading provider of healthcare infrastructure solutions. Traditionally known for supplying hardware, primarily trunking systems that remain in hospitals for 20 to 30 years, they were expanding into software solutions for smart hospitals.

To secure long term success, SSG needed to get into hospitals early, convince decision makers to upgrade from existing systems, and shift their market perception from a pure hardware company to a solution provider offering both hardware and software.
