How we created two new product brands for NuVision Biotherapies, developing the logos, packaging, and imagery needed to launch with confidence in the regenerative ophthalmology market.
The challenge
NuVision Biotherapies is a leader in regenerative eye care, developing innovative therapies for ocular surface disease. With products like Omnigen and OmniLenz already in the market, they needed a visual identity that reflected their innovation while maintaining a professional and regulatory compliant presence.
In 2023, NuVision was preparing to launch two new brands and needed a partner who understood the balance between bold, engaging design and the strict regulatory requirements of medical device packaging and marketing.
Our approach
We worked closely with NuVision to understand their updated portfolio, their audience, and how each new product needed to feel distinct yet part of the same family. From there, we developed the logos, packaging, and imagery needed to bring both brands to market.
We created a new logo for Omigen® View, incorporating a lens aperture with six points representing the 6mm thickness of their lenses, designed to feel part of the NuVision portfolio while standing on its own. We built on the existing font to ensure both new products felt connected to the range, while giving each its own identity.
NuVision needed new packaging for their OmniLenz product that would be both eye catching on the shelf and fully compliant with regulatory requirements. We designed a clean, bold box that balanced strong visual impact with all required regulatory language, ensuring the product stood out in a clinical setting.
We developed new imagery for use across NuVision's website, banners, and social media. We focused on a warm, human feel with patients making direct eye contact, integrating the Omigen Lenz aperture into the eye to visually communicate how the product protects. This gave NuVision a distinctive, ownable visual style across all their channels.
