What's not included

Package prices don't cover everything

Here are the costs that sit outside our project fees and are typically billed separately or paid directly by you.

Print and production costs

Printing of brochures, flyers or exhibition materials. We help you brief the supplier but print is billed separately.

Paid media spend

Google Ads or LinkedIn budgets are billed directly to your account. Our fees cover strategy and management, not the spend itself.

Location and access fees

Hospital access fees, room hire for workshops or exhibition floor space are costs you arrange independently.

International travel

Travel, accommodation and subsistence for work outside the UK are charged at cost and agreed in advance.

Third-party voiceover and music

Where additional voiceover artists or licensed music is needed beyond our standard buyout, these are agreed and billed at cost.

Medical and regulatory review

Clinical review or regulatory sign-off by your internal or external teams is your responsibility. We write to your compliance requirements.

The figures are based on real project costs. They're a reliable starting point for budget planning. Your actual proposal may vary, usually within 15 to 25% in either direction, depending on the specific scope, complexity and timeline we agree together.

We spend 30 to 45 minutes understanding your device, your audience and your goals. There's no sales pressure. If it feels like a good fit, we send a written proposal with a clear scope, timeline and fixed investment. You decide whether to proceed at your own pace.

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the current UK rate is added to invoices for UK-based clients. For clients outside the UK, different rules may apply and we'll confirm in your proposal.
