- Biweekly 90 minute performance coaching of your team to develop advanced communication skills and the effective implementation of their new sales tools.
- Monthly 30 minute management calls to review the sales acceleration program's performance and remove any roadblocks.
This program is ideal for teams up to 15 people, however, if your team is larger that is no problem.
To account for this additional biweekly coaching sessions will be included, so your full team can benefit from the program.
